To download the game, type steam://launch/17020 into your browser's address bar. Launch the game once to confirm that it works and all pre-requisites are installed, then close it. Right-click Global Agenda in your Steam library and click "Browse local files" under "Manage", then navigate to Binaries\LauncherBin. Replace HiRezLauncherUI.exe and HiRezLauncherUI.pdb with the files downloaded from Google Drive. Launch the game and log in using the username and password you registered on the site.

Locate GlobalAgenda.exe within the Binaries folder of your game installation. Copy and paste a shortcut to GlobalAgenda.exe in a more accessible place, then open the shortcut's Properties and paste the contents of the box below into the "Target" textbox:

Launch the game through this shortcut and log in using the username and password you registered on the site.

If you've followed these steps, but the game freezes for a few seconds and you fail to log in, you've encountered the login bug and will need to use our launcher to bypass it. Download the launcher from Google Drive, extract it and place it in the Binaries folder of your game installation. Run the launcher, type your username and password into the specified textboxes, copy and paste the contents of the box under Step 4 into the "Game Args" textbox and click "START". Unless you changed the number in the "Client Amount" textbox, 7 game clients will open; this is intentional. Once a client has logged in, the launcher should close the other clients and itself.

Register on this site, confirm your e-mail with the code, then log in game with the same login and password.

Check your Spam folder, wait a few minutes and use "Resend Code" on the verify page.
